Proper Noun Full Form The Windows technology that collects data on system crashes or hangs and sends it to Microsoft.

Avoid the term ""Watson"". This is an internal code name, although it's been used publicly on occasion. Note that Watson is not the same program as Dr. Watson, which is now out-of-date. ""Windows Error Reporting"" is the official name of the Watson service in Windows XP and Windows Server 2003.
