Verb Full Form

Verb Full Form To translate all the source code of a program from a high-level language into object code prior to execution of the program.
 
[MSTP 4.6] Avoid 'build' in content written for home users and information workers. Use 'create' for such items as documents, charts, worksheets. It is all right to use 'build' as a verb in content written for software developers to mean to compile and link code.
