Verb Full Form

Verb Full Form To move a document or other data in a window in order to view a particular portion of the document. Scrolling may be controlled by the mouse, arrow keys, or other keys on the keyboard.
 
This setting determines the distance you will cover when scrolling the wheel quickly. For example, if you select a Fast setting and then roll the wheel quickly, you will be able to scroll through long documents more quickly with less effort.
